Wow didn’t know they made a revamped version of Tokyo Mew Mew. The animation is crisp, the fast pace movements are great, and they kept their eye sizes in the realm of reason. I would have liked to have seen the old hand drawn animation, but it is still great. The story happens, a tad bit contrived, but hey it’s based off a Saturday morning cartoon, the first episode is designed to hook the audience as soon as possible, and on that merit alone it did a fine good job!

Untuk kesan pertama, dari animasi dan soundtrack memang lebih modern dari versi original ya. Menurut saya visual karakternya disini justru sedikit downgrade, yang mana terlalu terlihat seperti anak-anak 🤔 Storyline cukup fresh. Metamorfosisnya sih yang keren banget! Masih worth to watch kalau mau nostalgia.
