This episode switches up AGAIN, new character expositions and directions. I think it's cause of the sheer volume of 3 dimensional characters in this series, but this episode did help give some breathing room after such an intense action sequence.

Juuzou's character backstory was unexpectedly interesting to watch and dug up tons of unanswered questions for me, like how many gruesome events were there like Tsukiyama's. His whole thing with Shinohara made me sympathize a little, but yeahh I still don't like him.

The scenes with Amon and Akira were just weird man, why did he do push ups in her house, & her whole thing with her father's death and blame on Amon was pretty frustrating and a hard watch. I just can't sympathize with Akira's character
