Synopsis
In a special jurisdiction area built in Tokyo Bay commonly known as the 24th Ward, the population enjoys a very safe life thanks to the Hazard Cast—a surveillance system that predicts accidents and assists victims immediately. However, the system cannot foresee the exact nature of these accidents nor prevent them from happening. Ran Akagi, Kouki Suidou, and Shuuta Aoi—a trio of friends nicknamed "RGB" due to their hair color—experienced the tragic nature of these limitations when Suidou's sister Asami passed away in a fire at her high school. A year later, Shuuta still blames himself for failing to save Asami, while Ran pursues his dream to become a famous street artist, and Kouki works in the Hazard Cast intervention unit. After the RGB trio reunites at a commemoration for the victims of the school fire, each of them receives a mysterious phone call. Bewildered to hear Asami's voice, the three friends are shown images of the future and asked to choose between two grim alternatives. Refusing to be bound by predetermined outcomes, the three tackle this troubling event head-on, marking the beginning of a series of cruel dilemmas that they will have to overcome in order to protect the 24th Ward and its people.

I would have rather having another long episode as long they made sure to accomplish the needs of this anime. In few words, didn´t like it, it lost it´s path around episode 6, its a shame because i was expecting more
What an incredible pityness show was that, this got really far of what i was expecting
i was hoping to see the RGB working together solving cases, but instead of that, everyone is working on their own. On the other hand i like the similarities with a Black Mirro´s episode.
The pacing was a bit slow, but we got a needed background, hopefully they gonna tie the other knots before the end of season.
i didn´t like this episode, they just basically throw a lot of information in your face without watning, expecting you to tie all the knots thet didnt solve
I dont agree with the other reviews, for me this a filler episode, 100% skipable, you wont miss anything if you just go to the next one
Yeah, this feels like Minority Report! but instead of 3 sisters we just got 1 xd, i knew from the beginning Koki isnt the type of person you should put your trust on
the episode at first was a bit slow, but it gained a good pace after half episode, it has a good dilema on it and makes you wander what was the rigth way, the animation for this one was a bit odd but not gonna complain
The episode was a bit slow but it works a prelude for something I think is going to be a big chapter, I hope so. I liked the reflect of the dilemma of inequality our society has to face everyday, few animes do it these days.
There are a few things over this anime´s logic i dont find comfortable but thats ok, poor Ozue, that girl in never coming out of her house again, lol
The episode was a bit slow but not in a bad way, instead of jumping straight to non sense action, they gave us a background and understanding about our characters bonding and that´s ok
Some parts of the episode felt a little rushed, and the ending wasn't particularly satisfying. I feel like they could have done a better job wrapping up the story, but it wasn't completely disappointing either.
The scene between Shuta, Ran, and Koki could have been handled better, as it felt a little overdone to me. Still, we finally got the three of them together and maybe reaching some common ground. Let's see what they do in the final episode.
Since we are getting close to the end of the anime, I was expecting a little more tension to build up, but sadly it feels like the story is stagnating. Still, I appreciate that Shuta and Ran are finally starting to grasp the reality of the KANAE System.
We finally got the full background behind the KANAE System. I may have wished for these answers a little earlier, but now I'm looking forward to seeing how the story unfolds over the final three episodes.
While watching this episode, I got my first real idea of what might be going on and even predicted something. Until now, the story had been completely unpredictable. Now that we finally have some answers, I can't wait to see where it goes next.
The story progresses, and we get to see Shuta's development in this episode. I'm looking forward to seeing where it will lead him. Some parts of the story seem to be unraveling, but at the same time, I've learned not to take everything at face value, as this anime keeps surprising me.
Not what I expected but I think that the whole anime was giving us the same vibes until the end. The pacing feels rushed to wrap everything up in this final episode and the writing compromises its realistic one with a simplistic resolution. Not my favorite development.
We are getting into final moments and you can feel it in this episode. This is giving us emotional stakes and is building up again. The pacing is a top speed and the musical orchestration give us melancholic vibes. The writing still rushing but is giving tension well handled.
I'm getting bored with the struggles of the writing. The explanation of the central system is a complex situation and the dialogue feels clunky. Visually this relies on heavy filters to hide the shortcuts in character animation.
