EPISODE REVIEWS

Capitulo donde podemos avecinar un nuevo problema y nuevos villanos para el anime. Hubo desarrollo de personalidad importante en el personaje principal.

An unexpected episode with a lore bomb and it's heavy. Besides that, this episode is good at delivering the lore and don't forget about the comedy.

Episode Context

Sitting at the exact midpoint of the 12-episode run, 'Donuts' functions as a crucial bridge episode, it processes the emotional fallout from Episode 6's glimpse into Hanako's past while rebuilding the character dynamics needed for what comes next. Episode 8 introduces new threats and characters that push the narrative into higher gear, making this the calm before a significant tonal shift. This is the last breath of relative stillness before the season's back half commits to escalation.
