The new character definitely gave off that bishoujo vibe, ready to battle Lala while my girl literally didn't know what was going on. Can't really comment on the plot because there is no plot, but there's definitely a lot of hilarious chaos. This episode was actually kinda wholesome just before the end.
Pure fanservice episode, there's no development in neither Lala or Sairenji side from Rito. I guess it's more of a look at Lala's impact on the life of everyone around her except Rito, due to her somewhat sheltered past and royalty privilage Lala is prone to get misunderstood by others.
A new character is introduced in the show. The episode primarily focused on fan service. If you're more interested in the story, you can skip it. Overall, it feels like a time pass. 6/10.
