Story direction is really PEAK. The background of each character is told well and easy to understand. The tension in this episode goes up and down from high to chill and back to high again. It feels very ironic for Nice, and I really like X.

A bit of a head-scratcher. The timeline can be confusing, and the late introduction of Dragon Boy feels a bit rushed. However, the emotional weight of Smile's conversation with X makes it a necessary watch. The atmosphere is heavy with the feeling of an era ending.

Man, this episode was totally messed up. It really showed how a hero will do anything just to get into the top 10 even if it means hurting the people they actually look up to. The lore in this series is getting insane! Also not gonna lie, I really don't like Dragon Boy.

Now the protagonist of this arc is Dragon Boy, a character who has not been mentioned in any of the previous arcs so far but seems to be a major player in the world as well. This arc also introduces Smile, whose actions are in this arc will be a major event for 2 characters.

Feels light on the surface but the tension never drops for a second. it feels light but every minutes still made me uneasy. Ties back to the first arc in a way I didn't see coming and into the world conditions post-incident of the ruins. Great episode overall.

Nineth arc. It's time for Dragon Boy! Seeing both Dragon Boy and Nice's past was very interesting. They're kind of foils of each other. If you pay attention, they're more similar than they are different. That's very interesting. I can see why they combined their arcs. Well done!

Nothing too major here in terms of plot twists, but we get to see out "porotagonist" finally appear. We get a proper explaination of certain happenings and over arching situation that was in place since episode one. Feels like everything is finally connecting

EPISODE CONTEXT

Episode 21 launches the Dragon Boy Arc following the fallout of the Ruins Incident, marking a critical pivot point with only three episodes remaining in the 24-episode run. The introduction of new character dynamics and underlying conspiracies here represents the series building toward its endgame. This directly sets the stage for 'The Last Smile,' where the tensions and dilemmas established in this episode are expected to reach a breaking point.
