Un hombre cansado va en el metro y nota una cosa rara en la rejilla para dejar equipaje. Es el más raro de los episodios que he visto, pero no da tanto miedo.

I was wearing earphones, the sounds of this episode gave me chills all over my spine, this episode is more like a visual of the called working Burnout.

Episode Context

Yami Shibai leans hard into psychological horror with this claustrophobic installment set aboard a late-night train. The episode follows Hayashi, an exhausted office worker whose routine commute warps into something deeply unsettling. Expect slow-burn dread rather than jump scares, the pacing is deliberate, letting silence and eerie visuals do the heavy lifting. The kamishibai art style amplifies the sense of wrongness, with distorted imagery blurring the line between fatigue-induced hallucination and genuine supernatural encounter. Sound design is a standout element here, using the ambient noise of an empty train car to ratchet up tension. Thematically, it taps into the very real anxiety of urban isolation and exhaustion, turning a mundane setting into a stage for creeping horror. One of the stronger entries at exploiting everyday dread.
