This is among my favorite episodes showing not only Gakuto and Minato's cuteness and maturity, but also solidified them both as the best characters for me in this series.

It's a wholesome episode. Gakuto is really cute, he really knows about his brother struggle so he dont want to bother them. I couldn't handle Gakuto's cuteness at this time. This really overload cuteness. Anw this episode is really has a heartwarming vibes but it's kinda mixed sometimes.

This episode was extremely cute and wholesome. The whole story focusing on Gakuto was beautiful, showing how kind, mature, and responsible he really is with both his friend and Mr. Kirishima. Their bond felt genuinely heartwarming. The running scene with Uta and Minato also looked amazing, and the animation there was especially beautiful to watch.

Episode Context

Episode 8 continues the series' pattern of rotating focus among the four brothers, following Episode 7's spotlight on Minato's personal experiences. Sitting at the two-thirds mark of the 12-episode season, this installment deepens Gakuto's characterization at a critical juncture, and the decisions he faces here directly feed into Episode 9, 'Classroom Visitation,' where their consequences begin to surface.
