EPISODE REVIEWS

The art is beautiful no doubt, but i feel like the story is more for people who are interested in traditional Japanese dance. It would be interesting if I knew the meaning of those dances and to see a modern interpretation of those dances and thought process that went into it. But as someone who has no knowledge in that it feels kinda uninteresting to me

This episode consisted of a lot of set-up for the performance, predominantly seeing Oniyasha exploring his creativity in different avenues, and recognising that dance should be used as a means of expression alongside other artforms. We got some insight into a couple of other characters and how they're doing right now and their own personal struggles, so it was nice to see. I like seeing everyone coming together and working as a whole rather than as individual pieces, and this episode had a good amount of that. I'm getting more curious what the final performance is going to look like, and just how Kogane is going to fit into all of this. This episode was simply rather fluffy and slice-of-life-y, but I still enjoyed it.
