For me, watching the first episode had its ups and downs. The concept itself is interesting: the characters represent weapons and historical figures connected to war history. The weapon-based characters are fine, but the portrayal of the historical figures is horrible. For example, Napoleon. Look at his actual portraits, the animated version feels like a complete impostor. I’d say that too much of contradictions could have been better presented as a parody.

Next, the background animation quality is great. It perfectly fits the war setting, giving that worn-out battlefield atmosphere. However, the character animations feel like they were taken from a romance genre. They look too colorful, clean, fresh, dashing, sparkling, and modern, which contradicts 100/10 of the world setting.

Then, there’s the overwhelming introduction of characters. I lost count of how many names flashed on the screen. On top of that, not everyone is familiar with firearms, especially vintage ones. I honestly don't know where the story is headed. It's not clear if they are reenacting history with a twist, or they are still headed to world building. I just hope they make it up to the succeeding episodes.
