The Squid Girl

This episode is quite wholesome by showing that Squid Girl’s relationship with her friends actually meant something. However, I am still waiting for the part where Squid Girl actually does try to protect the ocean instead of doing random things.

The beginning of the episode was eerie. Those who don’t like creepy dolls should definitely fast forward to the middle of the episode.

Squid Girl’s interaction with Sanae was quite a roller coaster ride, which got me to chuckle a bit. A good episode that had a few laughs here and there.

It is nice to see how Squid Girl is slowly adjusting her life to the human world. Her daily findings are so cute and funny when she gets it wrong, especially the make-up part.

Squid Girl was so cute during this episode. She found out she could do something that hasn’t happen before. I enjoyed the storyline in this episode.

This episode is quite wholesome to watch. We still have someone who is entirely afraid of Squid Girl and someone who wanted to bring her for an experiment, which can be quite comedic.

An unexpected hidden talent that Squid Girl has that got me shocked as well. The pacing of the episode was good, as well as the direction.

I like how this episode showed Squid Girl’s perception towards the human world was a big misunderstanding that led to funny scenes. The last part of the episode was quite wholesome even though there wasn’t much dialogue exchanged.

The episode was quite entertaining as Squid Girl was spending time with someone who was terrified of her. The pacing was good throughout the episode. At this point, the entire mission is completely obsolete, considering Squid Girl is enjoying her time on the land.

This episode does seem to have character development for the Squid Girl as she participates in human activities. Although she still isn’t actively trying to carry out her mission, she did manage to instil some fear in a girl, which was comedic.

The episode still hasn’t gotten to the main mission yet. It felt a bit like Squid Girl’s life spent on land doing side quests instead of carrying out her mission.

Cute and witty protagonist. It had a good introduction on her purpose and mission but it doesn’t seem to have a direction. The episode seemed to be more of a character introduction and showcasing their skills rather than carrying out the squid girl’s mission.

Capitulo final que sigue con su comedia aunque mas poca ya que en este episodio tambien se siente algo de nostalgia e incertidumbre por saber que sucederá con Ika

capitulo con su gracia, sin embargo en la primera parte es diferente al resto generando un poco de misterio, sigue siendo lento referente a como se va desarrollando todo

Siento que los capitulos siguen siendo lo mismo, aunque es gracioso, Ika sigue conociendo del mundo, sin embargo no hay ningun avanza referente a la invasion que quiere llevar a cabo, es como si cada vez se volviera mas humana

Un capitulo bastante divertido e interesante por su contenido y las actividades que realiza Ika, va generando lazos con otras personas y conociendo mas el mundo humano

This episode randomly shifts between comfy and cursed energy every few minutes and honestly that unpredictability is part of the charm. The cast feels completely settled together by this point which makes the jokes hit harder too.

Honestly one of the most energetic episodes in the season. It mixes the usual chaotic humor with some genuinely fun group interactions, and somehow turns everyday nonsense into something weirdly exciting to watch.

This ep feels like pure gremlin behavior from start to finish. The comedy gets more awkward and paranoid in a really funny way, while some newer character interactions help the world feel a bit bigger outside the beach house.

This one has a surprisingly chill atmosphere compared to some earlier episodes. The comedy is still there obviously, but the slower moments near the beach and town give the series that oddly relaxing coastal vibe people love it for.
