The master then enters a final, serene meditation, his physical connection to the world fading as Wang Ye's spiritual formation also cracks and dissipates, leaving the young prodigy alone with the heavy silence of his power.

Later, Wang Ye walks through a mountain forest, reflecting on his nature, acknowledging he is a "half-finished product." As night falls, he senses he is being watched, a palpable tension thickening the air. His attempts to contact Zhang Chulan fail, leaving him isolated. A familiar, swirling spiritual wind envelops the trees, confirming his suspicions: Kuier has returned.

Kuier reveals himself, perched high on a branch, a manic grin on his face. He boasts about his studies of Wang Ye's techniques and unveils his new weapon: floating, golden coins. The first coin narrowly misses Wang Ye, shattering a rock. A rapid barrage follows, forcing Wang Ye into acrobatic dodges as the coins create explosive craters and dense dust.

Wang Ye realizes Kuier is trying to exhaust him, forcing him to maintain his Bagua formation over a large area. He engages in a high-speed chase, using the terrain to his advantage, before abruptly halting. Expanding his Bagua formation to its absolute limit, a massive ring of blue light pushes back the forest. Within this distorted space, Wang Ye sits cross-legged, preparing a powerful counter-move.

The golden coins converge on Wang Ye, but they slow and spiral, caught in his powerful field. Wang Ye chants, his voice vibrating the ground, forcing Kuier from his hiding place. Kuier falls, paralyzed by the distortion, his fear evident as Wang Ye's Bagua characters glow with blinding white light. A narrator provides a stark history of the Tang Clan, detailing their four-hundred-year legacy of poisons and hidden weapons. The current head, Tang Miaoxing, a stern elder, discusses Chulan's imminent arrival with his council, wary of Chulan's connection to the 'Eight Great Miracles.'

At the modern Tang Men campus gates, a blonde girl, Wang Zhenqiu, puts on an elaborate performance. She sobs dramatically, clinging to guards and pleading for a chance to join the school. This over-the-top display is a clear ruse, allowing her to subtly gather intelligence on the gate's security. Her act draws a crowd of curious onlookers, highlighting her unique brand of chaotic brilliance.

Zhang Chulan and Feng Baobao arrive at the gates, witnessing Wang Zhenqiu's dramatic scene. Before Chulan can react, Zhenqiu drops her act and grabs him, laughing with predatory joy about their "destined encounter." The chaotic reunion draws more attention from the Tang Men disciples, making Chulan realize his visit will be far more complicated than he anticipated.

The episode concludes with a lighthearted credit sequence. Chibi versions of Wang Ye and Kuier are shown on their desert island, chasing crabs and dealing with daily life.
