A fun introduction for the anime, and I've already grown attached to Fuzzy. My first impression of the two main characters' personalities, they're gonna complement each other. I'm already engaged on that part and the story as well.

Starting with a fluffy yokai instead of some huge supernatural battle was honestly such a good call. The series immediately shows it's more about empathy than fighting. Ashiya is an absolute disaster and Abeno's deadpan attitude bounces off him perfectly. Their chemistry carried this episode so hard.

It gives off major Natsume’s Book of Friends vibes but with a much funnier, faster energy. The writing is wholesome, and the colourful animation makes the spirits look so good. Instantly hooked!
