Episode Context

As the series premiere of a thirteen-episode season, this episode carries the full weight of world establishment, introducing Anos Voldigoad's reincarnation, the Demon King Academy's power structure, and the central tension of his unrecognized identity. It plants every foundational seed the season will build on. Episode 2, 'The Witch of Destruction,' expands the cast and escalates the conflicts teased here.
