What a wholesome episode! Although Saku isn’t exactly skilled in the kitchen, it’s nice to see that she contributes in her own ways and is genuinely grateful for everything Yukichi does for her. Yukichi’s comedic moments were also hilarious to watch too lolol WHY HOMO SAPIENS??! Not quite as impactful as the first two episodes for me, but still a great watch overall.

Lol, I love how Saku is always getting on Yukichi's nerves. They definitely do appreciate each other and they both have created a comfortable place for each other even though their cat and human. I am glad we continue to see moments between Saku and Yukichi together as their relationship grows. Such a comfort anime.

Yukichi’s description of Saku is so blunt, I was in stitches here 🤣. The comedy in this episode is so good it’s giving me a stomach ache. The plot development is pretty steady too. The character development unfolds bit by bit. This episode really brings out Yukichi’s warmth.

Episode Context

Early in its run, Dekiru Neko settles into its comfort-food rhythm with an episode centered on caregiving and domestic responsibility. Yukichi, the impossibly capable oversized cat, takes center stage as he manages household duties and tends to the perpetually struggling Saku. The tone is pure warmth, gentle comedy built on the absurd premise of a giant cat who's better at adulting than his human owner. Expect a relaxed pace with no dramatic stakes, just cozy slice-of-life vignettes that lean into the show's central joke without wearing it thin. GoHands delivers the kind of soft, pleasant visual presentation that matches the easygoing mood. If you're here for low-stress humor and a genuinely endearing human-cat dynamic, this episode delivers exactly that without pretending to be anything more ambitious.
