When they were talking about the health benefits of having a cat, mine was literally purring in my lap, so I can definitely attest to that lmao. I honestly thought this was the last episode because it ended with a flashback, but thankfully it wasn't. Now I'm curious to see how they'll wrap up the season.

Hehe, I love it when Yukichi beatboxes! I need myself a house cat that can always prepare meals for me like Yukichi hehe. I also enjoy how a can of beer is such a casualty for Saku. I would have never thought that a pet and an pet owner would compliment each other so well hehe.

It's true that both anime and real life hate Mondays, so I can really relate🤣 These complaints really hit home for viewers, I’m in stitches! The plot is well structured and detailed, so the comedy feels fresh. This episode is also really heartwarming, with Yukichi's flashbacks and memories. I love the attention to detail in the way they're portrayed.

Episode Context

The penultimate episode of this cozy slice-of-life comedy puts the spotlight squarely on the central relationship that drives the entire series. As the title teases a potential disruption to Saku and Yukichi's domestic routine, expect the show to lean into the emotional weight of their bond while keeping its signature gentle humor intact. The episode balances warmth and comedy in equal measure, exploring what these two genuinely mean to each other after a full season of endearing daily life moments. Pacing stays relaxed and character-driven, giving fans room to sit with the feelings rather than rushing toward plot resolution. This is the kind of episode that rewards viewers who've grown attached to the dynamic between a helpless owner and her impossibly capable oversized cat. A strong emotional setup heading into the finale.
