The world building for this anime is nice with information being dropped bit by bit to stay engaged. Tatsuya really have it worse being a weed. It's still cool that he is part of the disciplinary committee. Also, him using his abilities as part of the committee is excellent.

This episode is a MIXED BAG. The animation remains gorgeous and the fight scene is a nice showcase of the show's action potential. But warning, this is where the show starts testing your patience ,and three episodes is a lot of patience to ask for before the plot actually starts.

We're getting introduced with a lot of technical terms in this episode, but frankly won't hinder you from understanding the show if you skip this episode. Do bear in mind you will miss some foreshadowing or deeper glance to the students social tension between Bloom and Weed.
