The Irregular at Magic High School: Visitor Arc
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Following the events of "Scorched Halloween," the world is introduced to a terrifyingly powerful Strategic class magician. In an effort to uncover the identity of this person, the United States of the North American Continent (USNA) dispatches the most powerful asset in its arsenal to Japan on a covert mission—the elite magician unit "Stars" and its commander, Angie Sirius. At First High School, Tatsuya Shiba and his friends are having a farewell party for Shizuku Kitayama, who is leaving to study abroad in the USNA as part of an exchange program. In her place, the group welcomes the beautiful Angelina "Lina" Kudou Shields. Around the same time, Tatsuya is informed about the USNA's plan to uncover his true identity. Elsewhere in Tokyo, numerous reports arise of seemingly random bodies found drained of blood. Dubbed as the works of a vampire, it does not take long for Tatsuya to connect the dots and realize that it is almost impossible for the timing of these events to be mere coincidence.

¡I love the musical score in these scenes! The animation for the characters' magic abilities in this episode was awesome, and the sheer chaos of the situation made things really interesting.
This episode is much faster-paced! I love seeing the magic abilities in action, the animation is incredible, especially with the colors and visual effects. Plus, seeing how the characters react to this new challenge is really intriguing.
The episode has a more relaxed vibe; the pacing slows back down and hints at something new on the horizon. I love the characters' expressions and their awkward moments, they’re honestly hilarious. Still, there are plenty of plot points left to connect.
I love the visual effects during the fights; the colors of the auras feel so mysterious. Plus, seeing the incredible abilities of my favorite side is great, this episode has such a chaotic and fast-paced atmosphere.
Wow, the plot is getting even more interesting! The secrets surrounding magic are finally coming to light and the atmosphere is becoming more tense. The animation in this episode is amazing, it's so crisp and detailed.
Tensions between the different factions are ramping up, and while the plot is moving at a slower pace, the animation is incredibly detailed. I really loved the emotional weight of this episode, as well as Tatsuya's protective personality.
Bottom line, the visual effects during the fights are stunning, and the weapons' capabilities are seriously impressive. The soundtrack for this episode feels very modern, plus the comedic scene is absolutely hilarious.
The pace of this episode slows down a bit after several intense and chaotic fight scenes. That balance between action, quiet moments, and comedy works perfectly, plus I really love the ambient sound design.
Wow, this episode is awesome! The theories surrounding the plot are seriously intriguing. The pacing is fast, and the colors are a bit more intense this time, plus the display of magic abilities definitely doesn't disappoint.
The fighting styles shift from chaotic brawls to a more strategic, crowd-control approach. It’s awesome seeing how the combat evolves from character to character, especially with their unique magic abilities.
Wow, the characters' magic abilities look amazing! Plus, Tatsuya’s leadership really commands respect, and his knowledge clearly marks him as a high-ranking mage. The pace is picking up in this episode, and you can really feel the tensions starting to come to a head.
Interesting, the mystery and speculation are really starting to drive the plot. This episode has a slower pace, but the atmosphere is so tense that it works perfectly, especially since the animation details are so visually striking.
Not gonna lie, it was kind of hype with how Tatsuya push himself to save the day even if it's more plot armor at works. At the episode end, it simply became a setup for the next season. With little context clues of what we might expect in future conflict.
Wews! The animation is good, the execution is great. But for me, i think it really is lacking in details. Like there’s no clarification in those events. No further explanation. And i feel like the end was rush just to fill the season.
The animation is so COOL. I think they start a whole new scene without deep and thorough explanation. Though this was good, the details and action are great, and it is just lacking in some aspects.
The idea of a magic supremacy group is a pretty stretch. There's no commitment of magicians of being a powerless minority or privileged few that makes it hard to relate when there's no social discrimination being shown. The main cast not being in the spotlight doesn't help
It was nice to see refreshing and light scenes. But i think it’s lacking explanation and depth from the previous episode. And they add the action scenes randomly that i feel like it’s not necessary from what they are portraying in here.
DANG! The fight scenes were so good! The way Sirius moves and her flawless technique deserves recognition. And the after effects of Miyuki’s skill, I'm loving it! You guys can look forward to this episode, action packed, PEAK.
The episode ends one arc while also began anew, which sort of throws me off a bit. Lina's conclusion of her arc and goodbye was important, but the lack of Saegusa co's presence despite graduating and have been present since early episodes makes their exit lackluster
The animation effects really amaze me during fight scenes. Also, this is another information dump but it actually helps in the progression of the story. It’s like compiling all the essentials before bursting out and creating chaos.
