A real classic. I loved how "nostalgic" it made me feel - beyond it being an older anime - for a time when I was younger, wishing for things to be different. You could argue it ventues into melodrama (near the end), but everyone is portrayed convincingly enough to be relatable.

It basically shows what would happen if you gave time-leaping powers to an emotionally unstable teenager, lol. That being said, I like the concept of "If you had the ability to turn back time, how would it affect the world around you?" Watch it if you like drama & time travel.

This movie is enjoyable if you don’t take the sci-fi things too seriously. The drama is also entertaining, especially if you love a touch of romance in a friendship. Overall, it’s good enough, but it really depends on your taste.
