From previous dialogue-heavy episode, this is where the rebellion arc peaked. Wein enemies really should learn to not provoke him using Ninym, it'll only motivate him more to crush them. While there's not much action scene to be animated here, it's still an important setting stage for future arcs. Nicely done. 8.5/10.
