Great way to start S2. It drops you right back into the action and wastes no time getting things moving. The worldbuilding is still one of my favorite parts of the show, and the pacing already feels tighter than most of S1. Definitely a solid season opener.

I really enjoyed the fact that Touko has a more active role on the fight/battle. Visually I think is a beautiful episode and I think that the group spliting, after finding out the truth about Koushi's sister, will set up the ground for upcoming events.

With beautiful visual art and an omniscient narrator, the season premiere is confusing. The group splits after learning the truth about Koushi's sister, while the Spiders invade the city, revealing a huge secret behind it.
