Episode Context

Sitting at the midpoint of the series' 120-episode run, this is the second chapter of the Okinawa school trip arc, following directly from 'Yah! Okinawa School Trip' and leading into 'See You Again Again! Okinawa School Trip,' which continues the trip's aftermath. This multi-episode arc represents one of the show's longer sustained narratives, pulling Saiki out of his comfort zone and forcing extended interaction with his eccentric classmates in a new setting.
