Episode Context

Sitting at episode 29 of 120, this installment arrives roughly a quarter into the series and follows the Teruhashi-focused comedy of the previous episode, continuing the show's pattern of rotating the spotlight across its ensemble cast. It serves as a comedic interlude that fleshes out Reita Toritsuka as a recurring presence before the next episode, 'Stop the Killer Domino Effect!', shifts gears again. At this stage, the series is firmly in its rhythm of standalone character episodes that gradually build out Saiki's world.
