This episode builds toward something bigger, but it’s still slow overall. A bit more tension, but not enough payoff yet. Feels like setup more than anything 👀

This episode packs a substantial amount of plot development to process. Rika is an adorable sweetheart. The landlady's attractive niece has returned! and Ashiya is the most useless with fighting in the show.

this one is surprisingly wholesome. cing is steady with good mix of comedy and teamwork. Animation shines during the renovation/work scenes. Emi actually helping Maou with work creates hilarious tension and some nice moments.
