This felt like another filler-like episode, with the main focus being on further developing the characters' dynamics and showing how their relationships have grown so far. I really enjoyed the experience, and it's especially appealing when I stop worrying about the plot and simply treat it as a nostalgic slice-of-life memory. That said, the episode did provide something important at the end that connects to the overarching story and the backstory of one of the main characters, which left me very curious about how the story will progress from here.

Episode Context

A breather episode that leans fully into comedy and slice-of-life warmth. The cast rallies around a filmmaking project led by Youta's sister Sora, and the result is an episode built on playful character dynamics rather than dramatic tension. Expect lighthearted rivalry between Hina and Kako as they compete for the spotlight, plenty of group banter, and a leisurely pace that lets the ensemble breathe. The tone is deliberately relaxed, this is P.A. Works letting its character designs and comedic timing do the heavy lifting. Themes of teamwork and creative collaboration take center stage, and the episode functions as a showcase for the bonds these characters have built over the first half of the series. If you've been watching for the group chemistry, this one delivers.
