Wow, this episode is really good! Not just because of the action scenes, but seeing the improvement in Holt and Kudou amazed me the most! Moreover, seeing Tyrant protect the two of them and the kids was really nice to see!

This episode explores more about Kudou. Furthermore, the relationship between Sable and Roux gets a bit development. The plot continues to unfold. And this episode becomes even more exciting when something unexpected happens.

Sayb is honestly the most reckless character in this anime, it's hilarious! On the other hand, the episode gets pretty eerie thanks to the monster that attacks. Its animation looks sick, and I absolutely loved the action!

Episode Context

Episode 10 hits the brakes on forward momentum to invest in its characters before the final stretch. Expect a reflective, dialogue-heavy installment where Kudo pushes back against Kady's deep-seated prejudice toward witches, forcing a conversation about acceptance that carries real weight. Saybil gets room to breathe and experiment with his magic, showcasing tangible growth that feels earned rather than sudden. The emotional core belongs to Hort, who wrestles with a genuinely difficult moral dilemma surrounding the Tyrant, mercy versus justice, with no easy answers on the table. The pacing is deliberately measured, mixing quieter character beats with undercurrents of tension that signal bigger things ahead. It's the calm-before-the-storm entry that rewards patience with meaningful development across the entire cast.
