This episode brings back the adventure feel that the series is probably at its best doing. The central dilemma creates some actual uncertainty for once, and the journey keeps things moving at a decent pace. It still follows a familiar formula, but the setup is engaging enough that I wanted to see where it was heading.

The show tries to setup a "is it a trap or not" hook, but the character interactions are so entirely lifeless that you won't care either way. It's just hitting the standard light novel checkboxes without a single shred of passion or energy. Huge L

Henriette's cousin is kinda creepy, like a stalker. Lol. But this time, there is a good context behind his actions. Henriette keeping to herself instead of asking for help is kinda irritating, but I get where she is coming from. She doesn't want them to get involved.
