EPISODE REVIEWS

Nothing really interesting happened in this episode, just reminded me of my workplace is all, very stressful. They didn’t really make it clear as to why the girls were watching them when taking care of the roses too. Overall not a bad episode, but I’ve seen better episodes. 7.2/10

Episode Context

Coming off the emotionally and politically charged events of 'How to Buy Out a Contract,' episode 22 shifts toward showcasing Maomao's ingenuity under pressure while maintaining the interpersonal tension between her, Jinshi, and Lakan. As the third-to-last episode of the season, 'Blue Roses' functions as a pivotal bridge, resolving one thread of challenge while positioning the narrative for the deeper court intrigue and relationship developments explored in 'Rose Balsam and Wood Sorrel' and the finale beyond it.
