EPISODE REVIEWS

Episode Context

As the first of twelve episodes, this premiere carries the full weight of establishing the central dynamic between Amane and Mahiru, from strangers to something just beyond acquaintances. Everything here is foundational, character dispositions, living situations, and the initial spark of connection that the remaining eleven episodes will build upon. Expect subsequent episodes to deepen their domestic routine and gradually peel back the layers behind Mahiru's 'Angel' persona.
