The summer tournament is quickly approaching and it is time to put all that training during training camp into a match!! But more than just a test, this match is a chance of putting to rest many small troubles that’ve been weighting on team, from Nozomi’s worries to Yomi’s pitching, can the girls finally snatch their first win?
There's a noticeable increase in the visual presentation in this episode. There's a satisfying sense of progress as we see results of previous episodes' hard work. Some nice character moments littered throughout as well.
This must be the best episode so far. Without any pressure, the tone was lively and relaxed. The team's mood was bright and heartwarming. The animation quality was back yet again in this ep, along with the slo-mo and detailed pitch of the ball. Yoshino's optimistic personality, with Yomi's enthusiasm, kept the team's morale in high spirits.
