I truly love the "mind battle" between Nana and Kyouya, as if they are interacting with each other seamlessly LOL. It feels like watching two detectives solve a murder case, with gripping plot twist here and there. Awesome!

The plot twists in this anime are killing me! Literally, every episode was worth your time! A new character is introduced in this episode and it instantly added a dark, curious atmosphere as he revealed some "shocking" incidents! That ending??! 🤯

Nana’s cleverness keeps it exciting, while the ever growing list of characters gives even more depth in this episode. The tension has grown, particularly with her always trying to outsmart others who can’t be considered simple prey.

Episode Context

Coming off Episode 3's escalation of Kyouya's suspicions toward Nana, this fourth episode deepens that tension while broadening the cast dynamics with Michiru's introduction as a healer, a role that fundamentally shifts the power balance on the island. At roughly the one-third mark of this 13-episode season, the groundwork is being laid for the increasingly complex web of alliances and betrayals that Episodes 5 and beyond will exploit. This is a setup episode, but the kind where every new relationship introduced is a loaded gun.
