Episode Context

As episode one of twelve, this is pure foundation, establishing the central relationship between Tamahiko and Yuzuki that will drive the entire season's emotional trajectory. Every theme introduced here (isolation, self-worth, the transformative power of genuine human warmth) serves as the baseline against which all future character growth will be measured. The dynamic seeded in this premiere is the throughline fans should track across the full run.
