Good start. I really like the setting and the soundtrack of this anime. The humor is pretty good too, though the voice acting can sound a bit monotone at times.

The premise while standard, I find myself intrigue in the Taisho-era setting and the conflict of prim and proper girls interested in 'boys' hobbies. There's this unique dynamic and innocence of these young girls delving into uncharted territory. Baseball doesn't seem to be the center theme of this episode and is used mostly as a narrative device for commentary about the setting during the Taisho-era. Touching upon conflicts that we can still resonate today.

I find the animation very cute because it is sweet; on the other hand, I like the scenes centered on the characters since they give the background that accompanies them soft colors.
