this finale leans into reflection and emotional closure instead of going full spectacle and that fits perfectly the choices here feel earned and theres still enough left open to make you want more. slow burn supernatural drama done right hoping a season 2

A very calm finale! I do think even with the poor animation in the final episodes, this anime was spectacular! The story and the comparisons from demons behaviours reflecting humans is awesome. I would love to hear the end of this story. [8.75/10]

Episode Context

As the twenty-fourth and final episode, this serves as the definitive conclusion to Jinya and Asagao's season-long journey, directly following the pivotal events at the Aragi Inari Shrine in Episode 23. The finale brings closure to lingering character arcs and thematic threads that have been woven throughout the entire run. With no continuation announced, this episode functions as the capstone to the complete narrative, resolving the overarching story rather than setting up future seasons.
