this episode the human vs demon stuff just keeps getting messier and the show handles it way better than you expect hahahahah not that less fighting its more emotional here and somehow that hits harder ngl if you like stories where nobody is clearly right or wrong this one is for you i swear watch it this

This was actually such an interesting episode. I love that we can disagree with someone fundamentally and still admire what they stand for. I wish that more people these days can understand that kind of nuance.

Episode Context

Sitting past the two-thirds mark of a 24-episode run, Episode 17 functions as a critical bridge episode following the personal and external trials Jinya endured in Episode 16. It deepens his characterization through a morally complex new mission, laying essential groundwork for the escalation and payoffs expected in the final stretch of the season. This is the kind of mid-to-late-season pivot that redefines a protagonist's trajectory heading into endgame territory.
