Kiyomasa ngeselin banget disini tapi masih bisa dipahami sih. Jinya kasihan masih gagal move on aja. Agak slow pace juga sih buat aku soalnya misteri barunya malah cuma ada di akhir episode.

this episode the demon conflict feels personal again and everyone just feels trapped by circumstance hahahaha the action scenes are short but they hit hard a definitely watch because the emotional payoff surprised me here ngl

Kiyomasa maybe an asshole but he isn't an awful human being. I appreciate the nuance that each character brings but sometimes I wish Jinya would voice his wants more often as many issues would not have happened.

Episode Context

Sitting at the midpoint of the 24-episode run, Episode 14 launches the Bakumatsu Arc, a fresh narrative phase that follows the conclusion of the previous storyline. By rewinding to Jinya's past as Jinta, it recontextualizes the protagonist and deepens his connection to Byakuya before the arc's larger conflicts take shape. The episodes ahead should build on the mysteries and relationships seeded here, making this a critical transition point for the back half of the season.
