This episode acts as a prequel for EP1 as LLEN gets invited by Pito to a squad jam, the game version of a battle royale. This episode is more or less a training/gauging of abilities episode for M, LLEN partner in the squad jam. This episode also makes me curious why Pito's identity has she subbed M as LLEn squadmate.

After this episode, I ended up with even more questions about Karen's participation in the tournament, especially why Pito was pushing her so hard to take part.

Just a lot more backstories and how things ended up in Squad Jam. I have to say tho, M's heavy metal background music was amazing!
