This episode was slower than the first but in a good way. It spent time developing the characters and the setting instead of throwing constant twists at the viewer the emotional moments landed surprisingly well.

The vibes were immaculate! The interesting introduction to different characters and the building of the worlds lore. I love the mix of biblical and magical elements that gives whimsy and tragedy.
