This is it! This is their final desperation. Watching Shinpei "do it or lose it" had him using everything he has for this one. The animation was wonderfully done as it shows their resolve. The pacing was good, it really made me feel the desperation and intensity of this one.

It felt that the episode went by fast since I was too engrosed on the suspense and my anticipation for Shadow Ushio's comeback. It got me thinking on why did Ryunosuke got transferred to Shinpei since supposedly he got a body in the previous episode. P.S. It was nice to see Shide got flustered upon failing his mission, that was quite satisfying.

Mio's confession scene was so bittersweet. But that ending? Someone is coming back and the necklace actually works. This episode felt like a breath of fresh air. I'm shouting "YEEESS!!!!"
