A new arc has started, and a new character has been introduced. Based on the hints given in this episode so far, this feels like it could be a very interesting arc. I’m really hoping the execution and character writing will be done well.

A set-up episode for a new arc as newly introduced character debuts within Kojou's circle, but the main focus lies on the shift of Asagi and Kojou friendship into something more ambiguous yet intimate one, and Himeragi's visible hesitation draws weight into her character. 7/10.
