Moeka's addition to the main team felt set up from the start, given her unique first impression with Rintaro. The cast is shaping up to be a really unique mix of people! It feels fresh seeing all of their eccentric personalities clash and divide to achieve such unique experiments

This episode is pretty stagnant in terms of plot progression, it really felt mid for me. The main group's interactions are also becoming repetitive, it's just the otaku guy making banana jokes over and over.. Loving the surrealist vibes and implications though.

What reels me in about this episode is the "home-made" vibes of Okabe's experiments. Their experimentation is rooted in theirs and the audience's common knowledge, which makes me feel like a part of their endless questions about SERN!

With Makise Kurisu now completely with the team, Okabe and the Future Gadget Lab were finally able to advance with the experiment of the emails sent to past and the last pieces of what seems to be a very long setup for story finally start to take place.

Okabe’s dream feels like more than just a random nightmare, the idea of “eternity’s end” is kind of scary when you really think about it. Also, Moeka joining the group made the story more interesting. I kind of relate to her because sometimes I’m more comfortable sending messages

Episode Starts When Okabo and His Fellow Research doing Start Operation Urd, Which This story Has Butterfly Effect learn hard way through the world universe

This episode starts out extremely strong with Okarin and the lab's important discovery, and mellows out into Kiryu's introduction to the lab members. Much of the character interactions deepen with their natural banter amongst each other, which I find amazing. It cannot be that easy to balance everyone's personalities on the table, and I applaud the team for doing a great job.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting at the quarter-mark of Steins;Gate's 24-episode run, this episode transitions from the early shocking discoveries about SERN into a phase of experimentation and false confidence. It bridges the revelations of episode 5 with the deeper consequences that begin unfolding in subsequent episodes, making it a critical setup chapter. The character dynamics established here—particularly around Moeka and the Okabe-Kurisu intellectual partnership—become essential threads as the series accelerates toward its midseason turning point.
