Episode Context

As episode 24 of 24, 'Achievement Point' is the definitive conclusion to Steins;Gate, resolving the critical decisions Okabe committed to in episode 23's 'Open the Steins Gate' and paying off narrative threads seeded from the very first episode. Every major character arc converges here, with the full weight of the series' time-travel mechanics brought to their logical and emotional endpoint. The episode also establishes connective tissue to the OVA sequel 'Oukoubakko no Poriomania,' giving fans a reason to continue beyond the finale.
