With Amadeus back online, Okabe’s life as a tester continues. That however, does not make any progress in finding out who could be behind the attack on the lab. Things change though, when Maho’s tells him a secret that she’s been hiding all this time.

A cute and wholesome episode for the most part. After all the drama and constant switch-ups between scenes and characters; this episode serves as a good break for all the intense sequences. The scenes with Maho and Okabe were entertaining and unexpectedly fluffy coming from this series, but it felt a little forced since they mostly spoke about Kurisu..

The ending was pretty fire!! It emphasized the importance of Makise's initial research, not just in igniting the three weeks for RIntaro, but also serving as a turning point for the ingenuity of time machines. His reveal to Maho was pretty impromptu, but it signals that she'll probably be included in the main lineup and cast during their race to stop WW3.

I can't really get behind the romantic vibes that the series tries to build with Kiyojo and Okarin. I get that the two of them are trying to heal, and somewhat trauma bond over Kurisu's death; but it feels unnatural knowing that Okarin is still pretty hung up on Kurisu. Maho also uncannily similar to her? Like same vibes and everything.

It’s a good break from all the craziness. The scenes between Maho and Okabe bring back that grounded and easygoing feel, and the slice-of-life tone ensures that everything isn’t too serious.
