This episode has several decisions that I found pretty dumb. The enemy's plan is overly convoluted, and the fact that the Yamato falls for it makes it even harder to take seriously. Desler's actions are probably the biggest offender. Even so, it's still a solid episode overall, with plenty of tense moments that keep it entertaining.
