It's in these episodes that we see Tanmoku Ki's cold mask hide a truly vulnerable and sensitive person. And we finally meet our third wheel in this love triangle! Although, to be honest, he was in Tanmoku Ki's life before, a heavy burden from his past that the villain now uses to torment him. Jiun returns to her "antagonist" role, behaving as viciously as ever, but this time really going too far. In fact, the entire Tanmoku family becomes quite dark; in the first season they seemed more harmless, but in this one, it really feels like they're just using Tanmoku Ki as a tool and that he, as a person, doesn't matter. But luckily, You Keika is on his side.
Keika and Ki are sooo sweet lol 🥹But there’s a bit of a melancholy and mysterious feel to this episode, too… I wonder what’s up with Shouken, and why does he make Ki feel so emotional🤔?
Hmm, this episode left me really curious about Shouken and his relationship with Ki. Ki's family is still uncaring as ever but I can see that his sister might be different. We also get to see a different side of Ki and that added depth to his character and this episode.
