This one felt more like a setup episode, but I liked how it continued building the bigger story. It spent more time developing the situation and showing where things were heading. Nothing too big happened, but I still found it interesting enough to keep watching. A good episode to sit through if you want to see the story keep building.
I'm with Nazca on this one in that this makes no sense. All the sides for this political plot feel really contrived and there's not even a small basis set for speculation.
This episode is where the series stops being about Maetel's homecoming and becomes about the war that's about to tear La Metal apart. The human revolt is a crucial addition to the conflict it's not just about Promethium vs. Maetel anymore.
