This episode was really painful to watch. Even though they all put so much effort into practicing, well since it was an audition. They had already formed close bonds with each other, even those who passed weren’t completely happy since some of their friends didn’t make it.

everyone's anxious for the upcoming competition and you can see each character starting to understand what it really means to be part of the band. there’s solid development all around! but it was honestly heartbreaking to see Natsuki fail when she was finally putting in effort

Very tense episode. The auditions really showed a different side of everyone. It was sad to see the faces of those who didn't make it, but the tension in the trumpet section is just so interesting. This is where things start to get even more complicated.
