the character designs in this show really don't get talked about enough. eibon, kid, and medusa are my fav btw. the action this ep was really strong, and excalibur's random appearances always make me smile.

mifune's ambiguous morality as an anti-hero remains an intriguing element of this arc. unfortunately, the resolution once again relies entirely on exhausted power-of-friendship tropes rather than tactical superiority.

shit is finally going down! black star waking up again was obvious but the hype for this fight is off the charts. i am flipping tables rn mifune is such a weird anti-hero chara i can NOT understand but the choreography was completely fire.
