EPISODE REVIEWS
This episode again returns us to what makes this series so great, exploring how blind hatred of differences can lead to horrible outcomes articulated as the humans judge those which are not their own and that which they dont understand. Beautifully tragic episode.
This episode is devastating. The backstory of Feodora is a perfect encapsulation of the series' themes: fear of the unknown, the cruelty of mob mentality, and the small glimmers of hope that can survive even in the darkest places.Isolde's death is heartbreaking, but it's also peaceful. She got to meet a human child who wasn't afraid of her. That's all she ever wanted.
