It’s our season’s final fashion showcase! Toh has to prove himself… he’s a bit of an intense guy tbh, but I understand it’s hard to live up to the legacy of his family name 😔 His fashion designs in this ep are so incredible tho! It’s crazy how he and Ikuto have the same theme, yet such a different approach to the execution!! We finally get the results of everyone’s hard work in our finale. Who will win? Or perhaps, the true prize is the friends we made along the way? 😂 Well, in a way, it is… but someone still must win the contest LOL. Watch this ep to find out what happens to everyone!! 😏

The competition continues in our penultimate ep~ This time around, it’s Kokoro and Chiyuki’s turn to shine!! I like that we get to see their amazing co-op before the contest 😳 Their dynamic’s full of tension, with an underlying sense of begrudging respect LOL. Igarashi is honestly a solid character in this ep too...! 🥺 This is a very exciting episode that makes you want to root for our strong ladies!

No one here can afford to lose!! They’re truly giving it their all 🥺 It’s cool to finally know Kaoru’s true feelings of why she feels Like That towards Ikuto LOL. Regardless of that, Ikuto’s not gonna hold back, though… The fashion designs featured in this ep are fun to look at. Stylish yet brilliantly unpredictable~ The emotional moments seal the deal!

Building the episode with profound substance incorporating heavy dialogue to balance the fascinating performance moments really makes the narrative heartwarming and overwhelming. It also showcases the sudden growth of friendship and teamwork between the characters, creating a very interesting and impactful storyline.

I'm totally satisfied. In these kinds of stories, where there are several contenders who have proven they deserve to win, it's always difficult as a viewer to accept the final result because it has to be so well-constructed to feel truly satisfying. Here, in my opinion, it was achieved. I think the outcome is favorable in every respect and fits the narrative. It's not an ending filled with victories; there are defeats, but they don't feel unfair or bitter. It's an excellent conclusion; perhaps not the best for everyone, but it's fitting and it works. For me, this anime is very well done in many ways. I would recommend it to everyone.

It is an elegant, delicate, stunning, spectacular and deeply captivating episode, leaving you completely hooked and never tired of watching it over and over again. I am also loving the atmosphere and the vibe of this episode. Plus!!! the impressive exhibition of each design, the animation visuals, and the choice of background music are absolutely immaculate.

This episode was also BRUTAL. Ikuto had several episodes to develop his conflicts and difficulties, Kokoro and Chiyuki didn't have as much time, and yet you can still see their progress, their ups and downs. The dynamic between the two of them is exquisite, a mutual rivalry and envy that doesn't breed resentment but rather mutual support. It's a very beautiful relationship to watch. And for having so little development time, their evolution is impressive. I thought the last episode had set the bar high, but this one definitely exceeded expectations. Furthermore, Kokoro's collection was as much of a highlight as Chiyuki's modeling, which could easily have been a real runway show. When the other characters comment that the collection excites them, the viewer truly feels it too. Excellent episode.

WOW, this episode really hits hard. When I saw the climactic episode of Paradise Kiss, I really felt like I was let down by the clothing collections, since they're one of the main draws of the concept. In this anime, we got to see Ikuto's entire collection, reviewing his ideas and designs, which I loved. We also got some glimpses of Kaoru's designs, though I would have liked to see more. Sometimes the other secondary characters' reflections disrupted the flow of the moment. However, when it was Ikuto's turn, all the development we saw with his family made it all worthwhile, and their thoughts contributed greatly to building the emotion. Very moving, definitely a great episode.

That was an unexpected turn of events. Following the logic of these kinds of overcoming-obstacle stories, one would expect the characters to follow the same path. We're in the motivational arc leading up to the grand climax; you can feel the tension and the build-up, but even more so, you can feel Ikuto finding the energy and motivation he lacked before. Chiyuki as a character is a 10/10; many definitely need that drive she has to face adversity, and it's truly a shame that there are so few chapters left and we've seen so little of her.

This episode is TENSE, with emotions running high. After seeing our protagonists progress so much, we now witness them at their lowest point. Ikuto still has the most screen time to reveal his inner world, but his struggles and suffering are so compelling that Chiyuki's limited appearances are hardly a problem. The stakes are high, the issues truly serious, which is why the emotional highs and lows are felt so intensely. The resolutions also feel satisfying and represent a natural progression in light of the efforts our protagonists have made.

It's so sweet to see Ikuto, who needed a real push to pursue his own dreams, become someone else's "Chiyuki." It's like witnessing a virtuous cycle of people supporting each other even while chasing the same goal. This episode explores two very interesting themes: seeing the competition not as enemies but as people with feelings, and questioning one's true calling. In this episode, we finally delve a little deeper into the modeling industry, and Chiyuki, despite her strong character, is capable of breaking down in the face of failure. It's quite moving to see her collapse after having held back her sadness so many times. A very good episode, in my opinion.

Chiyuki still needs more screen time to fully explore her story and delve into the complexities of the modeling industry, but this episode did offer a glimpse into her journey. As someone who has faced numerous job rejections, seeing Chiyuki persevere and relentlessly pursue her opportunities is incredibly inspiring. There are many anime about overcoming adversity, but this one excels at portraying realistic obstacles and depicting the raw pain of disappointment, sacrifice, and insecurity. It's easy to connect with the characters and root for them to achieve their goals. This episode has moments of small achievements that provide a respite from the tension of the previous episodes.

In this episode, I was already starting to wonder where Chiyuki was. We're halfway through the season, and it seemed like they'd forgotten about her. Fortunately, her role as a supporter and inspiration hasn't been lost. It seems like fashion has overshadowed modeling as a way to tell the story; perhaps it's a more visually appealing aspect in comparison. Let's hope we see more of the modeling industry in future episodes because we also need to delve deeper into Chiyuki's story if we truly want this to be a story about two people pursuing their dreams.

It is definitely the pivotal point of this narrative's build up. Having this episode feature such an abrupt turn of events makes the story interesting and engaging. The character collaborations were very unexpected, yet their dynamic was still incredibly fascinating. Furthermore, the ending gives a very compelling cliffhanger of anticipation for how the plot will unfold next.

The episode essentially highlights the characters' despair, significantly concerning Ikuto's impoverished background. The financial distress and practicality really hit you hard emotionally. Apart from that, the animation rhythm is very moderate, but it is completely redeemed by the deep and meaningful dialogue delivery that goes straight beyond the realities of life. Additionally, the carefully balanced color saturation and palette create a flawless, cool toned atmosphere that enhances the dramatic mood.

This anime does a great job exploring the characters' psychology and giving their worries and anxieties the tone they deserve. However, sometimes the "clothing" theme seems a bit forced. "Oh no, I hit my head! But it's okay, because I have a hat my best friend made," that kind of situation. I think it lacks subtlety in that regard. This anime also has the charm of taking us behind the scenes of the Japanese fashion industry in an engaging way, which I find fascinating. Anime in general tends to exaggerate people's abilities a bit, making them seem like superheroes; it can be a little strange, but it's not really bothersome.

Adding this episode, which offers diverse perspectives on how harsh the fashion industry is, makes the narrative more insightful. Also, the connectivity of its characters is seamlessly woven and exquisitely intertwined. Moreover, regardless of its deliberate pacing, those genuine, overflowing emotions and deeper delivery make the scenes thoroughly gripping.

Every character's circumstances and situations definitely reflect the tangible world aspects of life, as they significantly highlight their determination, perseverance, dedication, passion and goal oriented mindset. Beyond that, the visual animation was stunning and the BGM used in each particular scene was incredibly on point.

This ep blows me away~ Right after an ep full of heartbreaking drama, we get back to much better vibes 🥰 Though this episode’s not chill at all: It’s setting up STAKES that are through the roof!! The determination and resolve of our characters is INSPIRING. Ikuto, Kokoro, and Toh have gambled their hopes and dreams on this upcoming fest. Who will come out on top? I can’t wait to see in the next eps!

The DRAMATIC sentiments are too much for me to bear 😭 It’s like being on a rollercoaster of emotions 😩 Hanae-san’s performance as Ikuto really shines in this episode. He’s SO good at expressing the PERFECT feelings for every scene… 🥹 Anyway, It’s almost like Ikuto’s being tempted by the deal with the devil. But a principled person like him won’t crack just because he’s desperate… or would he? Just watch this ep to see what happens!! 😏
